Hospitals

Alfred I. duPont Institute Children's Hospital : Wilmington Delaware
(1 1/2 hour drive from my house) ok, this one isn't in New Jersey but it is the one I recommend the most. It is also where I take my son for all of his orthopedic care. (They have a CP clinic where your child can see any type of  Dr. they need from dentist to cardiologist. And they do have charity care.)

If you prefer something closer take a look at these:

CentraState Medical Center: Freehold
     Christ Hospital: Jersey City
Community-Kimball Health Care System Resources: includes a behavioral health center and two nursing homes
Englewood Hospital and Medical Center: Englewood
Hackensack University Medical Center: 614 bed, regional-care teaching hospital in Hackensack
     Helene Fuld Medical Center: Trenton
Holy Name Hospital: non-profit, 361 bed community hospital in Teaneck
Montclair Community Hospital: a general 100 bed facility in Montclair
Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital: New Brunswick
St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center: Paterson, NJ
     UMDNJ-University Hospital: Newark

Early Intervention agencies
First thing you should know is that your local school distinct is responsible for helping you locate Early intervention services even when your child is not "school age" yet.
Central New Jersey Maternal and child health consortium : Hunterdon,
Somerset, Mercer, and Middlesex counties, and in the Plainfield
area of Union County.

Nursing services and Therapy services

Community nursing services: Mt. Holly ( I have used these people for years! They are very reliable. They provide both in home nursing services and therapy services.)

Visiting Nurse association of Central Jersey:Professional Home Health Care or you can try: Find a VNA in your Area

Eye Care Specialists
South Jersey Eye Care: Moorsetown, Columbus, Medford
New Jersey's eye care organization : New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, offering eye care & eye wear information for consumers as well as providing a comprehensive on-line resource and reference library for New Jersey's optometric physicians and other New Jersey health care providers.

Pediatric Neurologists
Pediatric Neurological Associates!:

Support Services
 The Medicaid Clearinghouse

 Social Security Disability

 UCP Affiliate Network

Special Needs Schools
If your child needs a special school, and the only one that will met their needs is a private school, your local school district is responsible for paying any tuition costs.
The Coalition of Southern New Jersey Private Special Education Schools

Githens Center   : Mount Holly (Willie attended this school from the time he was three till he was 7 1/2. He transferred into public school at that time.)

Equipment
If the equipment you are looking for is necessary for your child to participate in school, the school district is responsible for acquiring it and paying for it. This includes therapy equipment from  prone standers on down to special eating utensils.
